Sea Green Natural cleaning services values your home and appreciates your business. For the protection of our clients and our company please read the following Policies and Terms.

Sea Green Natural cleaning services is a professional house cleaning service that is fully insured with $500,000.00 in general liability insurance for your protection.

All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by Sea Green Natural Cleaning.

Our normal working hours are Monday thru Friday.   Saturday appointments are available for one time thorough cleanings, move-in/out cleanings and holiday cleanings.

Payment for Services

Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service.  Sea Green Natural gladly accepts payment in the following forms:

Cash, Personal Check (Please make checks payable to Sea Green Natural)
 

At the moment we are not taking credit card payments. That will be an option shortly.

Please Note* If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately for a credit card. If you are not available or do not wish to use a credit card, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

Pricing

We charge by the hour.. Once we see the home for the initial visit we can offer a reasonable quote.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.

Refunds

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers.  However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

Illness

If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.

Privacy Policy

We do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other 3rd party.

Communication

We encourage open communication to ensure a long lasting relationship. To express a concern, register a complaint, or express appreciation for good service, feel free to call or email the office. We will respond within 24 hours.

Special Requests

Our staff is responsible for cleaning several homes each business day. While they are happy to accommodate special requests (such as cleaning the oven, inside the refrigerator, and washing windows), it will be easier for us to accommodate your wishes if you provide us with advance notice. Rather than leaving a note the day of your cleaning asking them to do an extra assignment, call the office in advance. This allows us to thoroughly plan and execute cleaning schedules. Keep in mind that you will normally be expected to pay extra for work that is not normally included.

Your Cleaning Schedule:

Once your day and time is assigned, it cannot be changed by the client, however the owner has the right to alter the schedule based on her needs.

Extra Services

If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.

Tipping

Sea Green Natural Cleaning Services never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider. Remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
